Keyster Carb Kit Question was created by Wobblemeister
Good evening,
I'm in the process of putting Keyster carb kits through my 1979 (A1) but notice that the Keyster air valve plunger is different to the OEM item inasmuch that it doesn't have a locating pin at the end.
Is this a problem?
As always, thanks for your advice.

Good question but a moot point. Only the OEM plungers had the pin. The pin has been omitted on aftermarket plungers.
Save yourself some $$ and buy a generic kit(s). I've been doing so for many years with no issues.
