Rear wheel swap

Hey y'all, can anyone tell me if the z 1300 17" rear rim will work on the voyager 1300? My Hayabusa rear shock and linkage arrived yesterday and before I start mocking it up I wanted to get the back tire all situated

Hi Slim,

from what I can tell by looking at the part numbers and at the parts it will not work (I'm comparing to KZ)
I believe you will need to change also the Drive shaft and the shaft
as much as I know the the shaft gearing is different
I want to believe the shaft length is the same and the drive shaft size and mounting bolts to the swing arm will be the same
I also have 1984 Voyager and too bad I didn't think about it before
