How to sell my KZ1300 was created by webrehm
I have a 1980 KZ1300 that was converted into a sports bike. It has sat for 15 years in my garage. I don't want to hassle with getting it running again but just want to sell it. I don't see any place on this website to sell a KZ1300 so where are a couple of good places to sell my bike? Any idea how much it is worth? It looks really nice. Any help is appreciated. I am in Austin Tx.

Here is a pic of the bike.
Since 2004 it has sat in the garage and I rode it very very little.

Very nice! It's almost identical to my '82 that I'm converting from a tourer to a Muscle Bike. I want to put a bikini fairing on mine too.
That is an aftermarket exhaust system. If there's a manufacturer's name on it, that would be a great detail to add. For my purposes, a six-into-one system would be ideal.
What's with the keys in front of the fuel tank? Was the ignition switch or under-seat switch moved up there?

The keys are in the end of the safety cable that is about 5/8" diameter.
It is a 6-1 exhaust. but I don't see a mfr name on it. I have attache pics.
Can you tell identify the mfr of the exhaust by the way it looks?
So far I can't find the key for the bike. It has 19,000 miles on it.
It appears to have been built in 12/81
