Looks great scotch! That frame definitely adds to the 'borg' effect, and I get it - I've been called out! haha
And I haven't noticed it before but I see now you stole my idea - we have the same frame and I am also going to utilize those little brackets for fairing to attach air scoops of sort.
Wait a sec... you've been working on this bike for 30 years! I bet there are very little things you haven't thought about or done, haha
Yes, yes... I've already been assimilated, I know, I'm just not online yet.. Sometimes the last mile is the longest!.....
Another teaser from my assembly line. See the four evil eyes in the first pic? The beasts getting angry!!! LOL

Is that nickle plating or a metallic powder-coating? Either way, it looks pretty nice!

That frame is Bike porn - looks lovely !
A mate / associate runs a Chroming business here in the UK, when I go to his place he often has loads of old Brit bike and car parts looking resplendent in Nickel. I think the finish looks so deep and rich next to chrome.

I was going to nickel plate a few parts but the shop told me it would cost the same, so I went for chrome. But I also like the nickel color - warmer than chrome. One thing chrome is apparently harder and lasts longer, so it's a better choice for bikes which don't have a permanent garage and ridden mostly in good weather. Which I hope will be true to my bike as well.
