I was heading down to Bathurst around 1982 and through the putty poad the Z1300 started handling like a badly loaded barge and I found it was my wife asleep on the back and not being the good pillion she usually was, fortunately the gearsack and rack prevented her going over the back.
That Casino - Tenterfield road is one of my favourites and many a duel has been fought between me and others on that road.

I can imagine the smile on your dial :woohoo:
Just took the bike for a run before and I can't remember it ever going so good. It does have a little problem with idling so I will check those little idling jets behind the butterfly valve that Scotch talks about.

More coming soon on the progress or non progress of my z1300. I had a few other projects to attend to and have just spent 'all this week' with a mate of mine working on the bike. Since my last post I have been checking in on this site every few days and any questions that have been raised regarding primary and secondary chains I have seen I am unable to enlighten anybody on sadly.
