carburator problem.

I just rebuilt my carburetors. it only remains synchronized, but I have this problem. It's sound like a misfire but not shure what cause the probleme and where to search for fix it.

Did you soak the carb bodies or have them fully cleaned when they were stripped ?
Stripping and rebuilding them may solve some issues but the main issues are blocked passeges etc.............

I've rebuilt 400-500 carbs over my lifetime and I can honestly say that I've condemned several carbs as being not rebuildable because of a fundamental lack of knowledge on how to properly clean the idle circuit. Through reading Scotch's carb rebuild topic (pt 1) I figured out what I was doing wrong. I invite you to spend some time reading the topic I have linked here for you.

Right off the top of my head - this would suggest the engine is running on Lean main jets, but this contradicts your topic: "High Fuel Consumption".

Need some detailed info about what you have done to the carbs - How'd you clean them, New jets? and jet sizing, Main jet needle position, original diaphragms?
Without knowing these things, there's insufficient info to make any informative suggestions.

I disassemble the entire carburetor and dipped it in a bath of carburetor cleaner with ultrasound for 3 or 4 hours. Everything clean and dry whit compressor and then reassemble then the same way they were and the needle is adjusted to the third tick to the top and my main jet is 110. i buy a kit on ebay so take the needle, main jet, idle jet and the valve assy in the kit.

Ohh and yes i have the original diaphragm in it.
