Good to hear that. I'll see what happens and go with the flow. In some way I think it's like with the 'western' imposed on us safety rules. Here, in BC, you get a $121 ticket for riding not sitting on your seat. So, if you want to stretch your legs while the bike is rolling, it's a $121. Another - $109 for not using the pegs. I don't even know what the hell it means. Again, you can't stretch your legs while riding???? In Asia you have 5 family members on a scooter, no helmet, no accident!!! Considering how common this is, I bet the safety statistics would be in favor of those places. So, yes, I am definitely open minded about riding after this fix. I will definitely get a new tire by summer, but in the meantime, I'll just drive defensively if I have to, through the winter. But first I will try that kit and test how strong it holds up.
