Another one, and otherwise a reputable one so me thinks.... Bike Bandit. You must have heard of them. Ordered listed items and got 'not available' emails next day. Had to reach out to them and cancel the whole order. The cheap parts didn't justify the expensive shipping costs to Canada. And it's free within the USA! That's a very common case....
Called their listed 2 phone numbers and they don't work. Got on live chat and sorted it out. Got email with cancellation confirmation and was told that they don't charge until items are shipped. Not sure how it works since I paid PayPal and PayPal is connected to my c.card. Will have to check the card to make sure..
It's ridiculous ordering parts for this bike...
