    It's definitely this one..

Rifle fairing is in Atascadero, very near me. Gary Gatel is the owner, used to work at Rifle.
Gary stated it's not a Vetter, as vetter used ABS not fiberglass.
I remember the big 3 at the time were Califia, Vetter, Pacifico.

    I think we all agree that the luggage at least is all Vetter. I had a a model like this with the Califia fairing, Vetter bags.
But the fairing had the rectangular oem headlight. The photo appears to show a round headlight.
As these bikes were dealer installed accessories, they are very easy to restore back to naked- which is what most people want. All the fibreglass bits are add-on's , so easily taken back off -they just need the fork ears, as the headlight bucket is already there.

Mr. Vetter lives not to far from me... Wonder if he would be willing to answer the 1,000$ question?
