I am still plugging away renovating my 1982 KZ 1300-A4 with some thought now to cleaning up old chrome work. It is not too bad, but a couple of the covers do need attention .

I came across some video demonstrations on Dr. Google showing spray chroming. The product is not chrome but a paint like substance .I think there might be more than one brand, technique options.

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience using (or having it done) this stuff and would be keen to get an idea of its durability and likeness to real chrome.

I have seen some really nice renovation pictures of the KZ with real shiny bits which might be spray chrome??
