Its quite rare to get a summer evening like tonight up here in Northumberland UK.............we dont get many, believe me !!

Anyway, me and Dave D headed up to the Scottish Borders this evening on Daves superb original 1979 KZ1300A1 and my own 1979 UK/Euro Z1300A1 for a run in the "blistering" mid 20's temps, towards Edinburgh on the A68 and it was a one to remember. Great Bikes, Great Roads and wildlife.
I took the photo on the A68 on the way back, which for those interested is about 60 miles south of Edinburgh.

Its also always interesting to see a KZ1300 and Z1300 side by side, which are actually very similar other than mainly cosmetic differences.
