Bought this at the same time as the one discussed - thinking I'd use it on the bike.

Peace 'o crap was D.O.A. Wouldn't power up ( 1 red wire, 1 black wire) - not a blink.
After two weeks of back and forth comm. with the seller who at best, offered me a 50% refund, "keep it or give it to a friend to use?" my last offer was to send the seller a couple of pictures with the cords cut off and the unit smashed.....just to prove I wasn't bull-shitting" and trying to cheat. NOPE. Seller wasn't having anything to do with that either. And noteworthy was the sellers obvious level of English comprehension which proved there was NO miscommunication. The sellers only concern throughout was about not receiving "Negative Feedback" . It wasn't about the lousy $18.00. It was about the principle. Don't appreciate getting F'd over! So I finally said F-it and gave him what he apparently feared the most ! Best $18.00 I spent recently !

Perhaps the seller is related to Meng Wanzhou of Huawei and being a Canadian I'm being punished for that situation ! On the other hand: with Chinas' 200,00,000 facial recognition cameras and choke hold on their countries internet - the seller is in fear of being sent to a "re-education camp'"!
SADLY - Not that far-out or funny, when you really think about it.
Oh well: My $18.00 will feed someone "in camp" for a year !

Thanks for posting you guys. I have been following this idea for a while myself. "We are not alone".
The two camera's I have , have been challenging to mount and not vibrate. Around the chest or helmet seem to be the best options- as Bill has done. -just enough exhaust noise is also necessary.
But the colour is still off. Most cameras boast 1080p but they are not. That is HD tv quality. A separate microphone over the exhaust pipe would be nice.
I'm still looking for a good option without having pay big for a Go-Pro.
