Those seat pans can be really hard to find. At least one that is in usable condition. Like much of the difficult items to locate, one just has to keep looking, and looking.

Have you tried www.yakaz.com? it's a nation wide C.L. search engine, it helped me find a pristine factory exhaust system for my Z1R recently.

Oh and I would like Santa to bring me a 1979 Speedo assy. One that works too....
