Daro - thank you. I want be playing with jets anytime soon. But I will soon go back to working on the extra carbs and eventually testing them. Maybe experiment some then.
The lambda gauge will not make it's way on the bike anytime soon as well, and that external set up I made doesn't power up. I am taking notes though, thank you for the info.
Except for brand new 42.5 jets, all is stock in my carbs, including needles, so I can't adjust that.
Pete - could you post exact model of the Iridium plugs you use? Swapping these is an easy test.

Bike starts, idles and runs so much smoother with these fitted.
They cost more but last upto 4 times longer than regular plugs and dont foul anywhere near as easily.
Please let me know your findings if you go for them ?
