His gauges are calibrated cm/Hg :woohoo:

Good catch. So what's this now? Scotch 50, Kawboy 2? Yes, tired of all things beginning with "T" I must have written it up to a t hrottle problem.
So, God of Air,Fuel and Fire, what do you suppose is Jorgeno's problem?

This is sounding more like a sync problem. Use a mirror and inspect the bottom of the linkage rods to ensure the small internal "seat" is correctly positioned. There's a small protrusion on it that should fit into the hole at the end of the rod.
Back off all three adjusters one full turn (only) and start over. Adjust the highest and lowest to match the middle reading. Then you can increase incrementally across the three. The highest Vacuum I have been able to achieve is 8.5 inches HG. This leaves 1/2 turn remaining on the adjusters before they bottom-out ( too Tight). Personally: If you can get 7 to 7.5inches HG you're OK !

Update! It was a intake leak from the middle rubber boot. Kawboy you nailed it :) Thanks!
I went directly on a 175 mile ride for testing. All good, engine runs great and smooth. No sluggish throttle response.
