Good to hear all is good and no internal damage which often happens. So the exhaust cam was actually retarded and not advanced which ties in with skipping a tooth or two.

Took the bike for a short ride this afternoon... The old tires were flat spotted, kinda bumpy. Rode about 10 miles, tires got better. Gonna order new ones, soon. Engine runs smooth, lots of power, Kept it under 50 mph, worried about a blowout. Success is sweet.
1980 KZ1300 B Original owner, 2010 Concours 1400, 1986 Yamaha XT 600, 1984 Suzuki SP250, 1985 SP 200, Yamaha Grizzley 600. Too many toys.
