I've already done the seals so I don't need the tool now, but you can't have enough gizmos, besides it's always good to get presents in the mail :-), head is back on, just have to fill it with oil and fill the radiator and put the carbys back on and i'll see if it fires up, fingers crossed, could of done it all yesterday but i'm in holiday mode, so i'm not working too hard, fingers crossed :-)

Just re-tensioned the head after a quick little ride to the shops and back, wiped off most of my greasy finger marks, IT LIVES !!! and no smoke out the exhaust, well for now anyway :-)

Nah not perfect, good enough for me, I ain't no expert or mechanic, just use to getting stuff going, also dropped the sump and cleaned the oil pump filter screen, won't have to do that again for a while now, and I didn't have many "spare parts" left over either, did have one copper compression ring from the exhaust headers, I did one side and my lady friend helped with the other, I recon she left one out and she says I did, no leaks so what the heck (still think it was her side) :-)
