Unexpected Xmas pressie for me today, as the weather was so mild here in the UK I managed to take the big Zed out for a 30 mile blast: I forgot how great it felt to be on a bike with nice dry roads

Well, all I want for Christmas is a workshop. Nearly twelve months ago, a thirty years old dream came true for me: I finally bought a KZ1300. It needs renovating, but so far I've been unable to lay a wrench on it. It is in storage, awaiting removal to somewhere I can work on it. But that's the problem, in my area of Britain, nobody seems to want to rent out a garage to somebody with a motorcycle. Sad to say, I think a lot of folk still associate motorcycling with noise and anti social behaviour. So it might be that I have to sell the bike in the new year, which will end my long held wish to experience six cylinder biking.

By the way Bill, do you ever hear from Dave Ewing, or has he lost all interest in 1300's now?

MERRY X-MAS to ALL.....the UPS guy left a box on the front porch, something I've been waiting for ,for the last 9 weeks .......My rear Progressive shocks FINALLY arrived, there was NO mention of having to assemble them ,but no big deal....at least I can take off the wood struts that I temporarily made up, that has been holding the back of my six up,for the last month.





I ordered the black shocks,with chrome springs ...should look good with the color scheme of the bike. I will know in the morning ,as I will get up extra early to sneak out to the shop to install them ,before anyone else gets up ! ......................tony
