Hi guys,
I just received the attached and wanted tp share with you, especially since:
- I know we have someone down there
- it is the first time I hear of a meeting in Spain.
All the best,
Holger

Although the meeting is held just 150 kilometers from my house, work piles up.
That same week I arrived from a six-day trip touring the island of Sicily with the BMW R1200 Cruiser Club.
(Of all the motorcycles I own, the Bavarian is the only one that doesn't mark its territory with drops of oil or leave my fingers smelling like gasoline after riding it.)
My wife and I are celebrating 30 years of marriage this year and we have given ourselves these motorcycle vacations.
I will attend the Kawasaki rally on the last day with my brand new Z1300, I hope to have it finished by then.

The rally has started and already some Danish, German and French riders have been seen on site. Wish I could be there, weather looks perferct (opposite to what we have at home).
Wish these guys a good time.

Unfortunately I do not have my motorcycle finished to be able to attend the event.
Hermann, a friend of mine who has an '86 ZN is in training and has a voltage regulator failure.
The battery runs out and the motorcycle stops.
Can the voltage regulator on my motorcycle, A1 '79, work on your ZN '86 motorcycle?
I'm willing to take mine apart for Hermann.

Your 79 has a single alternator and a single regulator. The 86 KZ has 2 alternators and 2 regulators ( a master and a slave) so the answer is no, your regulator is not going to help your friend.
