Grumble, grumble. . . Okay, got the measurements over to him.
 It's less the $20 and more the "goddamit, I HAVE THAT STUPID PART" indignity. In fact, here's a photo from May '14 when I started the project. The fuel nipple is clearly visible, and this makes me angry at myself. 
Cut to approximate, smash to fit!
