I bought a DG 6 into 1 header. Just wondering if anyone has installed one and wondering what jet sizes, etc I'll need?

I've done it.

I purchased a Dyna Jet kit for the carbs for about $125.00. The kit contains two sets of mains, weights for the slides and notched needles. The instructions suggest that you start with 96s for the mains. The stock jets are 110s. I presently have the 96s in use but I had to go to the sixth notch to get a proper mixture. The bike runs great but next time I pull the carbs I'll be installing the 100s and going back to the third notch.
Best of luck!

Hmm. So the smaller the jet size numerically the more it flows? Did you do anything with the air cleaner/air box?

No the smaller jet flows less fuel. I followed the instructions from DynaJet. They suggested I start with the 96s and truly they worked, although at the sixth notch. I did fit a K&N oiled filter.

Okay I see. Can you do a jet change with the carbs on the bike?
