Thank you Phil,

I think for now i will stay with 150 in the back unless i can find someone that will do the mod in a reasonable price.
I Installed the front end from the CBR 954 today
it is lower the bike but I love the look, its not completely but looking good so far.
the lower yoke is probably thinner then yours so I clear the radiator cap with no issue.

Thank you guys for all the inputs

So the front end fit in with minimum mods

the lower bearing for the kawasaki and the CBR 954 is the same so that was easy
for the upper bearing I found one that will fit the Kaw out and the Honda in dimeter but it is 1mm lower then the original.
if you ever need i found this website to be the best
www.allballsracing.com/index.php
they actually have section for fork conversion
you put the bike you have and the forks you going to use and its find if they have bearing that will fit
save you time and money on special fittings

Here i cut the stopper from the bike, maybe the better solution was to cut the stoppers from the yoke and put new one in different location as Paul did.
didn't think about it before i cut.
maybe will weld smaller stopper back and relocate the one on the yoke or I will add adjustable stoppers from the frame

now the issue I found was the rod is a bit too short, 3mm more and I'm fine
I do not have enough space / threads on top for the second locking nut

since the upper bearing will be 1mm lower I shaved 1 mm from the top, im waiting to get the new bearing too see if i can shave more
