The plug for the valve is handy for all kinds of auxiliary items. I connected a cigarette lighter to it, feeds my navigator. Turns off when key turned to stop and is factory fused plug.


You mean the plug for the fuel cut of valve, right? I removed that solenoid as well, but am still using the extra air valve for burning exhaust gases.

LOL Irrelevant, but two sounds and visual experiences that made my jaw drop and question my existence. Do they belong here? Probably not. If the gracious moderators will leave it, I guess it would be a testament to my wanderings at the midnight hour. The contrasts, the contrasts.. perspectives that push our silly minds towards completion. Beauty. A muse. I think I would have never looked at this bike without this perspective. At this midnight hour, with a couple beers, I just don't feel guilty sitting back and while looking at this bike, as cheesy at it sounds, I've done it, I deserve a moment of a justified self hate and at the same time patting my own back, in the awe at the sight of a beauty, this beauty. I just can't believe sometimes it's the wreck I saw once, I guess I am just a romantic. It's been a mix of blood, hurt and tears with this project, a lot of sacrifice I will only know, but no regrets. No regrets at all. I think this would be my last thought.

Well thanks for that first video, Stan. She's gorgeous!

You deserve to enjoy the result of the countless hours of hard work you put into that Kawasaki, especially so because you achieved such amazing results in far from ideal working conditions. You are a great inspiration to me, and I'm sure others, who have yet to embark upon their own restoration project.

Are you now using the full rev range of the engine? I was wondering what impression you have of the power delivery.

Is it possible, if not too much trouble, that you could post another short video of the engine running, please Stan?
