Ok lets get this clear before we start. There is a few of the guy on here that won't agree with this but here goes. Buy your self a set of wire drill bits, they range in size 80 to 61. Then buy your self the hand held tool to hold the bits. Now some tools you can get have a tapered end on it that will let you get down that hole. With these's bit no. 75 you can open those jets at the bottom of that hole. All your doing is cleaning the dirt and build up out not taking any of the metal jet with it. After doing so carb cleaner and air to clean it all out. I will post a picture of these bits there good tools to have.
If your talking about the mixture screws that control the rich and leaning of the carbs my suggestion is to go to a hobby store that sells radio Control cars and planes. There you can get thread taps to fit the thread. take one of your mixture screw with you to get the right size. once you have that in hand slowly run it down the hole to clean up the thread. Once that is done you should be able to back the mixture screw out..

Good advise and may save him from drilling them out. Just be careful and don't break one of those files off in the jet.
