Absolutely correct-it ALL depends on the market!
Here in North America - it is not realistic-these bikes are not on the pedestal yet, wher they belong!
,,,, but Europe, So. Africa & Australia - they are valued!
Trust me, it is a fact!
I have 26 as of now and I have been around them from the very beginning

average one in need of resto in oz you pay 3-5 thousand and ones in micky mouse condition I have seen them advertised for around 10 to 13 thousand

I guess the value thing does change some from country to country. Here in Norway they usually be in the 6500USD to 7500USD range. But those bikes are well used, not so original anymore and have between 65000km to 95000km on them. So i am hoping to push mine a little higher if i find someone that will understand what this thing is. More pictures to come..
