That's pretty low compression. I'd be suspecting the valve clearances / cam timing.

Also, throw a teaspoon of oil in each cylinder and see if the compression shots up (= stuck rings)

I've bid on starter motor and cover and fan, bid £51 on the brand new downpipes..thought they may go for a tad more :whistle:
