Is it a YouTube video ? ... last one I put on here took a bit of figuring out, here's a copy of what code I used, just change the ID number to suit yours
after tuesday even the calendar goes WTF

I'm pretty sure you can't upload videos to KZ1300, probably due to size constraints. I upload mine to YouTube and then put in a link to view it. You can paste the link straight into where you type but it will only show a small window to view. I find the best way is to use the link tool, then you can see the video full size. The link needs to be from YouTube, Facebook, Dropbox etc. You cant link from your desktop/computer.
Here's how:
