So I'm not the only one that wanted to get rid of the those ugly emissions ports... :whistle:
I used 3/16 aluminum and that is more than enough, 1/4" would work but the thinner the material the better the cut edge will be.
KZQ I'll get working on it. May take a tweak or two get the fit just right. Plus it's always nice to know a guy with a plasma table

Where did you get your piston kit and are they forge pistons?
