I took the head off, had it decked and replaced the head gasket with a Kawasaki one, thanks to e-bay because Kawasaki does not make them anymore. I reassembled and the head does not leak. Thanks all so much for your help. I did get the bike fired up and running but I'm not convinced she's putting out all the power she should. I may have to post again for advice on that.

I am dealing with the same problem. This engine is all new on the top end including a big bore kit. It weeps around the perimiter front and rear. I had the cylinders powder coated and am wondering if that would trash the o-rings on the liners. Any ideas are welcome.
