When I made the support arms (threaded rods) I didn't consider how "top-heavy" the engine would be when rotating.  A suggestion for others would be to make an auxiliary mounting plate that would allow the mass of the engine to be more central to the rotating pivot. As configured, it does take some effort to rotate the engine back to the upright position.
