I have the same reservations about the VN1500 radiator. As the Vulcan us rated at 64hp. I am used to having to upgrade cooling with horsepower. A radiator good enough for a 250hp 6L won’t cut it for a 500hp 6L.
Since the KZ has almost twice the HP as the Vulcan its a bit of a worry. But, I am betting the Vulcan is setup for parade type cooling, so the radiator might be ok for this use.

Amazing look. Am I right to say that you can compensate the size of the radiator by the amount of liquid you can push through (basically) ?
The V12/ Z2300 must have roughly the same issues - I learnt he had installed a new cooling-pump ?
Just some thoughts.

I do like the way the engine & headers are more exposed
On Allen Millyard's V12 he welded another 1/2 of a Z1300 radiator to the original making it 50% larger, he also fitted a higher flow water pump.
Only dead fish go with the flow

Flowing the water faster has negligible results unless the water was to slow to begin with.
So at idle it may help. On the highway, probably no difference.
