может кому пригодится чертеж механического натяжителя цепи, разрабатывал сам, если что не так можите поправить

after reading all about the failing tensioners and cutting the spring for the correct force with replacement ones..
can anybody tell from the pictures if the automatic tensioners from the german site are the zzr11's?
or has someone fit one?
looks like it, text says it has the tooth on the rod to prevent it from being pushed back.
I'm planning on giving the guy a visit on my big ride at the end of next week and having one installed.

By the look of the pic, it certainly looks like the one. Don't have my bike here to double check right now. Just confirm before you purchase it that it has the correct spring tension/lentgh. You don't want to be cutting off the 10 - 12mm on the spring when the set up is already to spec.

Bassie, as Craig said it looks like the Kawasaki unit: it's a long story, but I actually have one in my workshop that I need for another bike - here is a photo of the Kwak genuine article.
