NGK Iridium Plugs

Dont buy any NGK Plugs with the -11 Prefix.................no matter how cheap they are.

They have FIXED Heads on them for "Car" type plug caps, and not the SCREW OFF Type 4mm silver cap which we need for most motorcycles.

Thank you guys. And that gap also is listed as set to 11 mm for the ....IX-11. The ...IX are pre-set to 8 mm.

Just purchased a set of 6. Total CAD $56.39 including door to door delivery. It will be a good excuse to re-visit the air-fuel mix adjustment.
Looking forward to see if there is any difference - the bike has been starting and running beautiful as is on the NGK BP6ES (7333) plugs. So I will have 6 good used plus 4 brand new spares. Good for the spare engine - if I will ever fire it up.

I had this problem on number 1 then found this was caused by over fuelling.

Good point ! For what it's worth: I use "Permatex Di-Electric Grease" on the Pilot-Screw O-rings and also on the threads. "A little goes a long way " !
I also use it on any O-ring. Assembly is much easier and the Silicone grease doesn't migrate and seems to have less of a tendency to attract dirt/debris.
