Why Have Four When You Can Have Six ?

If your bike is fouling plugs when cold then its best to get that sorted before buying new plugs as you may well just foul them too.
Try screwing mixture screws in 1/4 to 1/2 turn and trying it.
Make sure 3 chokes are 100% closed when off.
Check float heights.
Try starting bike with NO choke or very little choke and warm up slowly...........you will be amazed how much good this will do for your bike as it lowers the amount of fuel into the cylinders which causes fouling.
