Alternative parts list

As the parts for our z13's become more difficult  to find, we have to look at alternative  sources.
If we could generate a list in a post or maybe a 'sticky ' that every member can contribute to, would that help?

For example
Valve shims :  z900, z1000
Headlight for z, kz ,zg  : gpz1100 
Camchain tensioner:  zzr1100.


Just an idea.... what are your thoughts???


 

Yes, definitely a good idea.

I'm thinking that the most vulnerable part on my KZ is the shaft that the coolant impeller spins on. The coolant side is pitted badly right up to the actual part of a millimeter that the seal runs upon. At least that's what it looked like when I last had it apart. Does any one know of a supplier or machine shop who might have replacements?

I'am shore it stainless steel as well

I think the pick up (pulsing) coils from 80's Z/KZ650/750 are the same as ours on the A1, A2 and B2 - there's only two though but might be a suitable donor if you need to replace one
