One more out, but straight to hospital, hopefully just checks.

They say heavy rain overnight, must be getting tougher and tougher in there.
1979 KZ1300 A1
1999 K1200LT - now sold, I like them however was nearly as big as my X5 but no faster.

Yes a very good outcome, sad about the diver lost though, as that must have been avoidable.

Looks like they used fairly heavy sedation to supress panics underwater, good idea but probably why they had to get on with it all without too much media dialogue or pictures on exiting.

Good strong decision-making by the rescue team.

Yes, I wonder too about the diver who died. And it's really too bad and sad to have this happen with everything otherwise very happy. He was experienced, fit and fairly young. Perhaps some underlying condition that directly or indirectly led to this?

Curious about the sedation as well. I see them carrying one kid instead of having him walk. I bet we will learn more details with time. I am sure there will be a detailed page about it, perhaps on Wikipedia.
