Münch (yeah, what was that) ?

Hi guys
I went through some fotos recently and stumbled over the attached. I do not know if you know who Friedel Munch was and what he did, but if you want to know moire, check out:

On one on our winter-rallies 2001 we used to visit a small museum and Friedl Munch himself was present. It was the time when he and a financier were about to develop the famous Munch 2000, originally planned to costs EUR 75000.- per piece and limited to just 250 pieces. In the end the just produced 9 and two out of spare parts due to costs reasons (no wonder), however I had the chance to see the first prototype -well, see yourselves.

These bikes look like beasts. I remember many years ago looking at picture of Mammut and always thought that's a beast. I think they are very very expensive now. I've never seen one in person, or even heard it run.
