New to me
9 years 3 months ago
I just bought a Z1300 with a sidecar attached and the frame number is about 2500 earlier than mine and mine was one of the earliest ones sold in Australia or so I believe. I bought mine from the original buyer with 70 km on it so I say that I have owned it from new. Apparently he gave it a handfull and it scared the shit out of him and he rode home and took the rego off it and didn't ride again and told me it was 3 months old when I bought it and I never really looked into it because it was about the right time frame.
The numbers on the recent purchase are frame KZT30A003004 and mine is 005856. Can I find out if this is maybe an import from US or EU as they were released much earlier there than AU and that would mean that mine may still be a very early AU sale.
Maybe I have been talking bullshit all that time.
