Went on a rally this weekend in Southern Zimbabwe - The "Giraffe Run". A good time was had by all.
I travelled out solo and as usual, the old girl purred along and didn't miss a beat. 1 speeding ticket though - 135kmh in a 120km zone

This is a picture from Lappland in Finland, just below the Arctic Circle. We did a 2000 km week-end trip to Rovaniemi in + 10 C.
The sun was shining but it was cold! As you can see from picture, lots of people up there....

Nice scenery Lare, it looks a bit like Scotland.

I went for another ride today to put a few more Km on the old girl after her rebuild. On the way back I stopped off at one of Brisbanes tourist attractions, called Mt Coot-tha. It has a nice meandering road up the side of a smallish mountain with a wonderful nearly 360 degree vista of BrisVegas.

I stopped off on the way and took a couple of pics to share.

Gotta say the more I ride the 13 the more I love her. I am surprised by how nimble she is through the corners, I opted to keep the mainstand on so that touches down on a regular basis. My call I feel the advantages of having it on outways the reasons to take it off.
