The listings that make me laugh are the ones for Z1300 final drive chains. Also the oil & filter deals which only comprises of 4 litres of oil lol

The other thing that really annoys me is the exorbitant shipping costs, how they can justify them I have no idea.

I recently bought a 6 inch cross slide vise from US, it weighed 30lb and cost $28 USD to send it to Australia and yet a 60 amp alternator for my K1100 BMW cost $78 and the alternator was sent by a good friend who I trust not to rip me off.
One friend here has an account with one of the international freight forwarding companies and when we buy spares for the BMWs from UK he sends an envelope when he puts the order in and the freight cost is about a third of what we used to get charged. Most of the forwarding companies will do deals with high volume users.

I like the ebay global shipping programme it has been less then half the price of usps for me in aus on a lot of larger heavier items not so good on the smaller stuff though.
It has used fedex and auspost so far.
