Rob I did what you said and it runs good. Took a plug reading and did some adjustments to the mixture screws and it's pretty responsive but there is still some light hesitation but minimal and some faint popping sound from the exhaust. I will put up a you tube video link of it running at different rpms. I really need a color tune to get it right I guess? But I'm going to start putting the body work back on and do some real world testing. Believe it or not I never rode a KZ1300.
