So far I've acid cleaned the tank and restored the radiator to it's original location. I may go back to placing the radiator where a saddlebag usually goes but for now I'm just trying to get it running. Presently the fuel pump doesn't run when the ignition is turned on. I checked and found no voltage to the pump so I'll be reviewing the wiring diagrams to see which relay is reluctant. There are a lot of relays on this machine.
I'm really shooting in the dark here with hoping that the fuel injection system can deal with an eliminated the airbox and a DG six into one exhaust system. My only adjustment that might be effective is that I've fitted an adjustable pressure regulator to the injection system.
