Carb Stuff

Sigh...... I don't know kawboy.

I can place the Cursor over the Photo and get a simple toolbar that allows you to Save or Print  or in the bottom left there's the "attachment" thingy.  Click onto the highlighted Icon and choose View or Print

I had to post  as a PDF because the 'Word" file was too large.  (?) 

Can "someone" chime in and indicate if they're also  experiencing problems opening this file Attachment !

OK.  37 views and not one reply with "????????" Now I consider myself to be reasonably savvy with files and attachments but this one has be baffled. Maybe it uploaded funny in the Kunena system?? So Master Yoda, what am I doing wrong?? Must I unlearn what I have learned to become a Jedi File Master??

My cursor does not detect any files
