Mixture screws

Hi Gents
after some advice about carb mixture screws, i have set mine with a gunsens colour tune and all seemed well however after riding the bike for a while the bike is popping from the exhaust so i am back at the carbs and they seem to have gone out of adjustment again could the screws be vibrating out of the position i have set them in, also any advice on where to get new mixture screws from i have damaged the head on number 3 which appears to be a right bastard to get to while on the bike, the uk shop i normally use want £20 for one which is a bit much.

Hi Paul . No Expert , If the Mixture Screws are vibrating loose , perhaps the tiny '' O '' rings have gone hard , and not holding them in position .  There is the information , somewhere on the site , with the sizes required in the material Viton . I re-built my Carbs , so I have some spare Mixture Scews , I am in the UK . PM me your addy , I will put one in the Post . clive .
