I'd forgotten that I did that. Man, if this came up 2 years from now, I'd probably forgotten it entirely !!! LOL !!

I made gaskets for mine years ago and have had no trouble with leaks. I also used socket-heads so I could get them torqued down.

Hi Paul did you have a source fir the nylon washer in the diaphram area. Mine have split.

If your stuck with no source, just get your hands on a reed valve from a 2 stroke and make new washers.
