Forgot to add a before and after of the rust. Those flakes on top washed out btw

That looks great. I like the fact that you’ve chosen to go with the original blue paint and stripes.
Is this part of a full restoration of the bike?

That side panel is nice, too.  Are you doing the paintwork yourself? If so, may I ask what equipment you have, and the type of paint?
