Sorry - shared the wrong link to answer "what is the big tank" - it is a micro brewery in my garage - it one of my sons. He is Modest Beer.

The Modest Beer brewery is moving out now as its time to expand and I get my garage back. I am going to have fun filling the garage with bikes now!!
