Trailer for Bike Complete was created by Craig
I recently made a trailer for my bike from a Thule roof box. I used KZ440 16" rear rims to match my Z13 rims and Yamaha 125 rear suspension units on the independent swing arms. I had a 360 deg swivel hitch attachment made and a stainless steel cowling around the radiator to collect more air. I rode the unit from Bulawayo up to the Victoria Falls this weekend (a 900km round trip) and both bike and trailer went like a dream at a constant 120km/h. Handling was excellent and didn't know the trailer was behind me most of the trip. I am well pleased and more excursions are now on the cards

Craig
you know what: it looks good, not a least bit self-made. Good to hear is performs as intended. However (well, you know what is abut to be said): there is something missing I guess:
no golden stripes on the red colour ?
Hey, just joking.
Enjoy it.
regards
Holger

Hi Holger, it does have the gold and black pin stripes, but sadly they don't stand out in the pic. The trailer has been sent in to the spray painters today for more black to be added to break up the red a little though. Will post a better pic once done.
