Final values for the nuts are going to be 29 ft-lbs.

Final values for the bolts are going to be 87 inch-lbs, OR 7.25 ft-lbs.

The important thing is to NOT try to set them all at the final torque settings right away. Work up to them. Set all the nuts at 10 ft-lbs. for the first pass, then 20 ft-lbs. for the next, then 29 ft-lbs. for the final torque. Same with the smaller bolts- exact settings aren't important until the last one, just so you "sneak" up on it gradually.
