This bike is rather unique because of the dealer fitted fairing and low handle bars- not always a popular choice in North America. Some what like the Calafia fairings and bags that were quite popular at the time.- colour matched and all.
Appears to be Hannigan fairing. The clear top piece is quite characteristic of that brand - would be quite imposing sitting behind that alright.
